Completing this form will place you on a list of potential attendees for our Level Up Boot Camp at The Hit Davie -Pembroke Pines. Our front desk will contact you to confirm your participation and process your $100 non-refundable deposit due at registration.

The total cost of the two-week camp is  $590. All students must enroll in both weeks as the curriculum will be cumulative.)
